 | This program allows a user to plot oximetry data which has been saved in .csv files. The format of the .csv data expected by the program must include 5 columns as follows: Time, SPO2%, Heart Rate, Pulse Amplitude, FLAGS If your oximeter does not produce one or more of these data types then just create a dummy column with some number other than zero for the missing numerical fields such as Heart Rate or Pulse Amplitude. In the case of the FLAGS column an empty string will work. If you have a Nellcor Oximeter then the required .csv files can easily be created by our companion program MyOxiDump which can be downloaded HERE using it's default options. Using your mouse you can select sub periods of time to be displayed which effectively zooms in on the time history plots. The Plotted data can be saved or printed. If you find this program useful please consider making a donation to help further development of this and other oximetry projects. | |
